how long will it take
you will receive an order confirmation email from us once you have placed your order and another email with tracking information to keep you in the loop. deliveries take place monday to friday. all parcels delivered in NZ require a signature.

for international orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. this does not include the time that may be required for customs clearance. our international shipments may not have tracking information. however if you want to track your shipment, please let us know and we can email you a quote. mello merino online store has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your country. you are solely liable for these charges. 

while we do everything we can to ensure your mello merino order is delivered within the time frame specified and tracking information provided, we have no control over any delay, loss or damage incurred by you as a result of the shipping carrier and cannot be held accountable including but not limited to an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
